HOW MUFFINS ARE PRODUCED
- Dough preparation & sheeting – The dough is mixed, rested, and sheeted to the required thickness.
- Filling preparation – Sweet fillings are prepared and cooked or mixed to the desired consistency.
- Depositing & forming – The dough is formed into pie shells and filled accurately with the sweet filling.
- Baking – The pies are baked until the crust is golden and the filling is fully set.
- Cooling & finishing – After baking, the pies are cooled and, if required, decorated or packaged.
