HOW MUFFINS ARE PRODUCED

  1. Dough preparation & sheeting – The dough is mixed, rested, and sheeted to the required thickness.
  2. Filling preparation – Sweet fillings are prepared and cooked or mixed to the desired consistency.
  3. Depositing & forming – The dough is formed into pie shells and filled accurately with the sweet filling.
  4. Baking – The pies are baked until the crust is golden and the filling is fully set.
  5. Cooling & finishing – After baking, the pies are cooled and, if required, decorated or packaged.
