The Repeatloaf automated high precision fermentor will process your waste or returnbread within 24 hours. This is done according to a precise process in which the fermentation process is influenced by time, movement, temperature, type and volume of incoming product, starter and moisture.
After the product is introduced in the machine the process starts with reducing particle size before automated fermentation process commences. The final product, a dry and stockable fermented powder will be released after a final sieving step.
